5g LED Heatsink Plaster Conductive Glue (2)
Different with normally thermally conductive silicone, this glue with viscosity is thermally conductive adhesive, and is used widely for heat sinks without fixed fastener, such as on LED, MOSFET. This is a great product for fixing power LED's to a heatsink. Use thinly, allow to cure like silicone rubber. can be removed at a later date and device reused in another situation. Seperation of the device from the heatsink requires a very strong and sharp knife to be worked in between then. Be careful as they will seperate suddenly. Awesome product. It does conduct heat away from devices effectively without the need for mounting screws while providing electrical insulation between the device and the heatsink.
